Beta Release Progress Update Log - Flagged for Victory


Hello people, we’ve been making some exciting progress lately, and I wanted to share what’s in the works.

Power-Ups

We’re adding some really cool power-ups to the game. Right now, we’re focusing on tools that give players more creative ways to solve puzzles. One of the big ones we’re working on is gravity manipulation. With this, players can use power ups to mess with the gravitational pull mid-level to change how the ball and objects interact. It’s opening up some pretty interesting gameplay possibilities.

New Levels

We’re building out more levels to take advantage of these new mechanics. These levels will push players to think differently and experiment with the new power-ups. With these new powerups we are also adding new and more creative obstacles.  The designs are coming together really well, and they’re definitely going to add some fresh challenges.

UI Updates

Big changes are coming to the user interface. The plan is to make things much more accessible and player-friendly. For starters:

  • You’ll be able to select levels from a menu, so revisiting completed stages or skipping around will be super easy.
  • We’re adding a retry button to let players reset a level quickly—perfect for those times when you want to experiment with new strategies.
  • And finally, a pause button! This is something we’ve been meaning to implement, and it’s going to make the game feel more polished and flexible.

These changes are all about giving players more control and making the experience smoother and will be rolling our soon.
